Burlesque in Second Life... at its Best!

(I wrote the following in Ceejay's World earlier today, and thought I would repost it here too - you may think you don't have much of an impact on what we're doing at the New Champagne Rooms, but I want you to know you DO. When we work as a team, when we're all into helping everyone have a great evening, each of us adds a slice of the fantasy to the whole... and it works!)
As most of my friends know, I am a manager, hostess and dancer at the New Champagne Rooms in Jersey Island, and also at our new annex in New Babbage. I just wanted to write a bit about what a nice time I had last night at the Jersey Island club. Wednesday evenings at 9pm slt is my regular hostessing shift (and dancer in a pinch). Well, last night was just one of those occasional perfect evenings - at least I thought so! I was in a fine mood, and had some new jewelry from ChaosLotus to show off. Our hilarious Emcee, Mister Almo Schumann, was decked out in a blinding white suit and top hat and did a fine job of warming up the audience - it was such a relaxed, jovial crowd, and I know this was mostly due to his groaner puns and corny jokes. Miss Krystyn Mureaux danced divinely, and was followed by Miss Amelie Peng who performed beautifully!
Some nights, it all just clicks. And on those nights I don't want to be anywhere else. My thanks to all our wonderful Champagne Rooms VIPS, Almo, Krystyn and Amelie, for bringing it all together into a lovely time for all.
